In-Home Consultation - $200

What’s included: A home visit (up to 2 hours) and discussion on space planning, furniture layout, color scheme, paint selections, etc. to give you advice and fresh ideas for your home. A written summary of everything discussed will be provided after the meeting. This includes up to two rooms of the home. If you decide to continue with a full Classic Room Design, measurements and photos will be taken of the space so that the design process can begin.

Designer On-Call - $85+

What’s included: A video or phone conversation is arranged with discussion on any areas the client is needing advice on, such as choosing finishes, color scheme, décor, etc. These meetings are billed at $85 per hour. There is a 1-hour minimum with any additional time being billed by the quarter hour.

Designer for a Day - $550

What’s included: Choosing finishes for your home, such as cabinetry colors, countertops, backsplash, and flooring options can be overwhelming. If you find yourself needing an expert opinion in these areas, we are here to help. I will come to your home to discuss your up-coming project and you will be able to pick my brain on your design dilemmas. If required, a shopping excursion may be planned. Afterwards, a written summary of everything discussed will be provided. This includes 6 hours and up to 2 rooms of your home.

eDesign Remote Room Design - $750

What’s included: A video or phone conversation will be arranged to discuss your project, followed by the client providing photos and measurements of the space. After the client has completed the online style questionnaire, a custom design concept will then be put together for you, including a color scheme and design style reflecting your personal preferences. Your room design will include a selection of furniture pieces, upholstery fabrics, window treatment design, rugs, artwork, and all other décor items. While taking into consideration your new furnishings as well as any existing items, space-planning will be completed along with a drafted floor plan of the space. Further discussion and changes can be made until a final design has been agreed upon. When the furnishings and décor have been finalized, a shopping list with webpage links will be provided for online purchasing. This includes one room of your home.

Custom Kitchen & Bath Design - $950+

What’s included: A home visit (typically 60-90 minutes) and discussion on layout, finish preferences, colors, etc. followed by measurements and photos being taken of the space. After the client has completed the online style questionnaire, a custom design concept will then be put together for you, including cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and appliances that reflect your personal preferences. Samples of cabinetry and finishes will be provided and when the design concept has been approved, an optional 3D rendering can be completed to give a detailed and realistic view of the space. Further discussion and changes can be made until a final design has been agreed upon. Detailed drawings with all cabinetry specifications and overall dimensions will be given to the contractor for ordering and installation. Contractors and installers will be contracted and routine check-ins will be completed to ensure the project is on track and that the design standards are being met. A minimum retainer of $950 is required.
